Welcome to the WUMC Family Ministry Blog

Welcome to the new WUMC Family Ministry web page/blog. The Family Ministry is a group of families with generally younger kids (elementary age and younger) who get together about once a month for some sort of fellowship and social activity with the kids. Some of our past events have included free family movie nights, a Fall Harvest Festival, Gingerbread decorating parties. We also try to get the Mom’s and Dad’s together for some adult fellowship as well. During the school year we have a Sunday School class that can but does not always pertain to parenting issues.

My hope is that you will be able to stop by here any time and get an up-to-date look at what we will be doing and what we have been doing with the Family Ministry. And hopefully you will like something that you see so that you will be willing to stop by one of our events and check us out!! We would love to have you!!!

Memorial Day Picnic

Our Annual Memorial Day Picnic will be on SUNDAY, May 30th at Don and Debbie Hiltner's house.  Please let me know below how many are planning on coming and what you will be bringing (hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided).  See you on Sunday!
